Grant Agency.
We specialise in the administration of Grant applications and are equipped to handle the whole
package on behalf of clients. We offer *free help & advice with all applications, together with processing
the whole application from beginning to end. We provide assistance with the application forms, including
surveying the property, preparing the drawings, pricing the Schedule of Rates, obtaining tenders, liasing
with the Local Authority, supervising the building works through to completion, including submitting
valuations etc as work proceeds.
(*Our grant services are free on the basis that the works proceeed to completion -
whereas our fees are then paid by the Local authority)
Home Extensions, Design & Drafting
We have Computor Aided Drafting facilities and are able to produce fast accurate drawings for minor works,
Home Extensions, Renovation schemes,and similar building projects.We concentrate on the smaller project,
and in this respect are able to offer a personal service. As part of our services we will complete & submit your
Planning & Building Regulation Application and prepare any Building Specifications that may be necessary.
Project Management
Once all the design and approvals are in place its time to start building!
We can help you with your project through to completion as part of our project management service,
where we will prepare specifications, budget costings, obtain tenders, supervise the site works etc and
generally see the whole project through to completion, all for an agreed fixed fee.
Building Condition Surveys
Our staff have experience of Property Condition Surveys of Social Housing (Decent homes Standards)
and surveying Public Buildings for Local Authorities, Police Authorities & other government departments,
with data being captured via hand held computer, tick sheet or dictation. Data capture includes condition,
energy, space utilisation and occupancy data. Alternatively we can produce hard copy reports, depending on
the requirements of the client. We are happy to represent other professional consultancy organisations -
working on a consultancy basis, as part of a larger or muti-disciplinary survey team - as the need arises.
